Jenn has a background in customer service management. Her current skills focus on IT and software management, including Association Management Systems (AMS). She has been assistant to the editor of two peer-reviewed academic journals. She's also a Qualified Association Specialist (QAS).
Patty comes from the healthcare and financial service industries. She is adept in member relations as well as database management, QuickBooks, and tax accounting. She's also a Qualified Association Specialist (QAS).
Barbara has 20+ years experience in bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting & team management, membership data management, and client communications. She's also a Qualified Association Specialist (QAS), and certified by NACPB in bookkeeping, payroll, and Quickbooks.
Holly Roseski, MBA, CAE
Holly has more than a decade of experience in non-profit management, specializing in social media, SEO, marketing, training, and ISO17024 certification, she has a love of strategic planning and making data-based decisions.
Shawnae has a more than a decade of experience in marketing, customer service, and copywriting. She has a Bachelors of Arts in marketing from Saint Leo University. Her expertise includes assisting sales team members, creating detailed data reports and providing exemplary customer service to clients in a variety of businesses. She is also a Qualified Association Specialist (QAS).
Amie has 15+ years in the healthcare and banking industries. She has an associates of Applied Sciences from the University of Cincinnati. Amie has experience in training and work circulation, a strong customer service background and has spearheaded multiple projects for upper management.
