With 25+ years leading associations and non-profit organizations, Ginger is the lead of our team. Her background is in meeting planning, adult education, and non-profit management.

Kindra Bess, CMP
Executive Meeting Planner
Kindra has 20+ years experience in meeting planning, and in negotiating, directing, and executing substantial diverse events for clients worldwide.

Jennifer Breitenbach
Executive Assistant
Jenn has a background in customer service management. Her current skills focus on IT and software management, including Association Management Systems (AMS). She has been assistant to the editor of two peer-reviewed academic journals. She's also a Qualified Association Specialist (QAS).

Patty Prout
Administrative Assistant
Patty comes from the healthcare and financial service industries. She is adept in member relations as well as database management, QuickBooks, and tax accounting. She's also a Qualified Association Specialist (QAS).

Barbara has 20+ years experience in bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting & team management, membership data management, and client communications. She's also a Qualified Association Specialist (QAS), and certified by NACPB in bookkeeping, payroll, and Quickbooks.

Holly has more than a decade of experience in non-profit management, specializing in social media, SEO, marketing, training, and ISO17024 certification, she has a love of strategic planning and making data-based decisions.
