Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Arden Solutions staff has evolved organically, many of our early employees were close friends or former colleagues. Our current team, while we may look the same, is comprised of individuals with richly diverse professional and life experiences. There is more to us than it may appear.

 

Understanding the value of and being committed to diversity and inclusion, we seek new hires who will contribute to our growth and evolution as an organization.

In working with our clients, we encourage diversity, equity, and inclusion among their members and assist them in developing their organizations to embody these practices.

Arden Solutions heartily supports American Society of Association Executives’ DEI statement and has adopted and modified it as part of our growth framework. Our statement is listed here.

To help our clients achieve success and expand their businesses, Arden Solutions pledges to:

We are especially concerned with creating space for the difficult conversations, hearing the voices least heard, and providing leadership where it is needed in governance and operations. In doing so, we advance our business and that of our clients, while also providing culturally-relevant service and value to our communities and lives.

Vendor Policy

Arden Solutions supports and practices diversity, equity, and inclusion. All vendors will be equally eligible to submit proposals for RFP and RFQ, and equally eligible for being selected for contract regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, disability, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, or any other category not pertaining to their competency to perform the job. While we will not discriminate based on these characteristics in the owner, manager, sales team, or employees of the vendor, we do give preference to vendors that also support diversity, equity, and inclusion in their companies and work environments, and similarly do not discriminate in their hiring or appointment to leadership roles of diverse staff.

Plan

Arden solutions further states that there are more opportunities for diversity, equity, and inclusion than meets the eye. We resolve to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion both the apparent and obvious cases, and deeper or hidden aspects.

We recognize that we are all students of creating inclusive environments, and we are all committed to learning how we can provide truly inclusive environments in new ways for all people.
