Full Service and the ED

At Arden Solutions, all full-service clients have a dedicated Account Executive who will serve as Executive Director of their organization. Arden Solutions believes firmly in regular, thoughtful, and honest communication. Client board presidents always have regular access to their ED.

The Executive Director (or ED) is the key position between an association’s board and staff. EDs must both advise the board on strategy, and then implement the chosen strategic plan. The ED oversees all staff working on behalf of the association.

Typical Executive Director responsibilities include:

Simply put the Executive Director oversees the organization overall. In a large organization they are often outward facing: focusing on long term strategy and partner alliances. In a small organization the Executive Director may be responsible for everything from drafting a strategic plan and guiding the board on their mission to physically counting ballots and mailing packages.

If you're trasitioning to paid staff, needing temporary help, wanting to add resources to grow, or are looking for another point of view, we bring experience and diplomacy to the table.

Regardless of your situation, Arden Solutions can help assess where your board and organization are, where they can go, and how we can get there together. Consider us as partners to help work with you to make your organization fulfill it’s potential.
