Arden Solutions (collectively, "we," "us" or "our") recognizes the importance of protecting the personal information collected from clients or users in the operation of the company's business and takes reasonable steps to maintain security, integrity and privacy of any information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By submitting your information or agreeing to let us contact you, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you are fewer than 18 years of age, then you must first seek the consent of your parent or guardian prior to submitting any personally identifiable information.

We do not collect Special Personal Information as defined by the GDPR such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union activities, physical or mental health, sexual life, or details of criminal offences. The data that are maintained are for the purpose of providing association management and event planning information and services, improving our website, or for contacting you with information about our company. If you request us to destroy or erase your personal information, it will be promptly done.

The personal information collected about you includes the following: name, email addresses, organization name, phone numbers, and addresses. It is used to communicate with you as in the bulleted list above.

How You can Correct Your Information

Whenever you believe that your contact information needs to be updated, , you can email us at info@ardensolutions.com with updated information.

Your profile in our system, and all blast email sent from the system has a privacy function whereby you may elect to “unsubscribe.” Unsubscribing means you will no longer receive these the type of emails you unsubscribe for

Where applicable under your local laws, we will not use your personal information for marketing purposes, nor disclose your information to any third parties, unless we have your prior consent, which we will seek before collecting your personal information. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the consent forms we use when collecting your personal information. If at any point, you wish to review or change your preferences you can use the "opt-out" or unsubscribe mechanism or other means provided within the communications that you receive from us or by sending an email to info@ardensolutions.com. Note that you may still receive transactional communications from us. This means that if you purchase something from us, we will continue to send you acknowledgement of the purchase, receipts and the like. Some territories have national laws requiring a local Data Protection Officer (for example Singapore and Germany).
