With 25+ years leading non-profit organizations as well as over 200 academic conferences, Arden Solutions, now an accredited AMC, was a dream come true. Her background is in adult and professional education and nonprofit management. It was her vision to create our AMC and she makes sure that each employee continues to engage in their own professional development.

Account Executive
Shannon Fitzpatrick-O'Shea M.Th., M.Div, QAS
I will come alongside your team with superb communication skills and a great big smile.

Shannon has been a leader in the non-profit sector for 20+ years, 16 of those managing the 501c3 she founded. She also has extensive experience in
conference management and event planning. You will love her gentle approach to leadership along with her excellent networking skills. Shannon has earned four degrees from the University of Missouri and CLST-Global and is currently finishing up her doctorate.

Director of Finance & HR
Barbara LaGreca, QAS, NACPB
I will organize and track your financials so that you can understand them. You will love the monthly reports! Really!
Barbara has 20+ years in nonprofit bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, team management, and the most caring and professional client communications you can imagine. She is also available for outsourced services. She manages annual taxes, and audits (compilations and reviews) with a CPA on behalf of clients.

Jennifer Breitenbach
I will make it happen for you!
And I understand how software can help your association. With 20+ years in customer service, Jenn is gifted in helping members quickly and efficiently; she exemplifies what member service really means. She leads our IT and software management with a specialty in Association Management Systems (AMS). She also serves as Assistant to the Editor for peer-reviewed academic journals and supervises our Member Service Team.

Member Services Specialist
Amie Lewandowski, QAS
I welcome leaders’ and members’ emails and calls with enthusiasm and help coach chapter advisors for our honor society client!
Amie has 15+ years in the banking and healthcare industries where she worked in training programs and work circulation. Coming from a strong customer service background in industry, she has successfully spearheaded multiple projects for upper management. She is also a Qualified Association Specialist (QAS) and an AS from the University of Cincinnati.

Administrative Assistant
Robert Sendrei, BA, QAS
I will approach problems with fresh, imaginative thinking.

Robert brings 10+ years of experience in administrative support, website management, and content creation. Holding bachelor's degrees in Art and Business, he combines creativity with strategic thinking to deliver impactful results. In addition to his professional expertise, Robert is also a skilled ballroom dance instructor, known for his engaging and personable approach that enhances collaboration within our team and with clients alike.
