Non-Profit Financial Management

Arden Solutions works closely with association treasurers and finance committees. Reconciliations of accounts are conducted monthly, financial reports are provided monthly and special reports on request are provided within a day or two. Records for each client are maintained in a dedicated QuickBooks account by a full-time nonprofit accredited bookkeeper.

Arden has in-house bookkeeping staff, which provides daily management of our client's financial records. Our

bookkeeper takes care of daily record keeping and monthly reconciliation of accounts. This minimizes the external assistance of an accountant, limiting their involvement to a review before tax season. In this manner we keep costs low for our clients. To be in compliance with audit requirement under the generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS), we work with an external third party auditor.
